Tongyi Architects recently launched an online Revit Introduction on Friday Talk.The speaker is Ping Ju,a designer who has studied and worked in the UK.Thanked her for bringing a wonderful explanation.We will share with you the introduction,experience,and practical case analysis of Revit.
课程主要介绍了建筑信息模型(BIM)的不同阶段以及相对应的两个项目。这两个位于伦敦的项目分别对应了前期方案阶段以及后期施工阶段。分别阐述了Revit在不同阶段应用中的利与弊。
The talk mainly introduces the different stages of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the corresponding two projects.The two projects are both located in London,corresponding to the early conceptual stages and the construction stages,which relatively described the application of Revit in different stages.
Autodesk Revit Architecture软件专为建筑信息模型 (BIM)而构建。BIM是以从设计、施工到运营的协调、可靠的项目信息为基础而构建的集成流程。通过采用BIM,建筑公司可以在整个流程中使用一致的信息来设计和绘制创新项目,并且还可以通过精确实现建筑外观的可视化来支持更好的沟通,模拟真实性能以便让项目各方了解成本、工期与环境影响。

在Revit模型中,所有的图纸、二维视图和三维视图以及明细表都是同一个基本建筑模型数据库的信息表现形式。在图纸视图和明细表视图中操作时,Revit将收集有关建筑项目的信息,并在项目的其他所有表现形式中协调该信息。Revit参数化修改引擎可自动协调在任何位置(模型视图、图纸、明细表、剖面和平面中)进行的修改。
In the Revit model,every drawing sheet,2D and 3D view,and schedule is a presentation of information from the same underlying building model database. As you work in drawing and schedule views,Revit Architecture collects information about the building project and coordinates this information across all other representations of the project.The Revit parametric change engine automatically coordinates changes made anywhere—in model views,drawing sheets,schedules,sections,and plans.

Comprehensive and innovative conceptual design capabilities provide easy-to-use tools for free-form modeling and parametric design, as wellas early-stage design analysis. With these features, we can sketch freely,quickly create 3D shapes, and work with each shape interactively.
